The adjustable straps are a lifesaver, let me tell you. My shoulders don't ache after a full day of walking around the city, and the ergonomic mesh back padding keeps everything breathable. The front zipper pocket is perfect for quick access to my metro card and phone.
Took this on a weekend trip and the 18" frame swallowed my laptop plus a change of clothes without bulging weirdly. The side pockets actually fit a water bottle snugly, which is rare for me. Straps adjusted easy for my short torso, so no shoulder digging by day two.
The front zipper pocket is roomy enough for my tablet and a small notebook, and the side pockets actually hold a water bottle without it flopping out. The mesh back padding keeps my shoulders from getting sweaty on my commute, which is a win in my book.
