The side pocket on the back is perfect for stashing my phone and keys while I'm rushing out, and the strap adjusts easily so it doesn't dig into my shoulder. Fits way more than I expected for the size, too.
The side panel for sneakers is a total game-changer—I can finally keep my dirty shoes separate from my clean clothes on weekend trips. Fits everything I need for a couple nights, and the zippered back pocket swallows my charger and toiletries without bulging.
The strap adjustment is quick and tool-free, which made it easy to switch from shoulder to crossbody on a packed travel day. The back zippered pocket held my passport and boarding pass snugly, and the 20.5-inch length fit perfectly under the seat in front of me. Exactly the size I needed for a weeke
