The adjustable metal enamel buckles on the side pockets feel way more premium than the price suggests, and the drawstring closure under the flap makes it a cinch to open one-handed. It’s slim enough to slide under an airplane seat but still swallows my daily carry, so I’m actually reaching for it ov
Took this on a weekend trip and the top flap with the drawstring closure made it so easy to cinch everything down tight. The metal enamel buckles feel sturdy, not cheap at all, and the 18-inch height fits perfectly under an airplane seat. Exactly the compact backpack I was hoping for.
The side cargo pockets with those enamel buckles are exactly what I needed for keeping my water bottle and keys within reach. The top flap with the drawstring closure feels secure, and the 18-inch height fits a surprising amount without looking bulky.
