Wasn't sure the 10" x 5" x 11.5" size would fit my daily stuff, but both main compartments swallowed my tablet, charger, and a water bottle in the side pocket without bulging. The crystal front is subtle enough for work but still gets compliments.
The crystal detailing on the front catches the light way more than I expected for a black backpack. The adjustable straps actually stay put once I set them, which is rare. Been using it daily for two weeks and no complaints.
