The bear's belly pocket is way roomier than it looks, I fit my phone, keys and a snack in there no problem. The arm zippers are a fun touch too, though I mostly use them for my earbuds. It's 25 inches tall so it definitely turns heads, but in a good way.
I've gotten so many compliments carrying this around campus, mostly about the little zippered pockets on each arm. The 25" size holds my laptop plus a hoodie without looking stuffed, which surprised me for a plush backpack.
The belly zipper is honestly the best part—I can toss my phone and keys in there without opening the main compartment, and the arm pockets hold my charger and earbuds perfectly. My kid grabbed it first, but I'm the one who ends up carrying it everywhere.
